Return & Refund Policy

At USA2IND, we prioritize product authenticity and quality. Due to the nature of imported goods, refunds are not applicable for all products unless the item received is damaged or defective.

No Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or dissatisfaction after delivery.

All products are carefully inspected before dispatch.

Damaged or Defective Products

A return or replacement will be considered only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

To be eligible:

The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Clear proof is mandatory, including:

Photos and/or videos of the damaged product

Images of the outer packaging and shipping label

Proof of purchase (order ID)

Requests without sufficient proof may not be approved.

How to Request a Return

Share all required proofs along with your order details.

Our team will review the request and notify you of approval or rejection.

Return Approval & Processing

If approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement or refund (if applicable) will be processed.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to bank processing timelines.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products marked as final sale

Perishable or consumable items

Personalized or custom products

Items returned without original packaging or proof

USA2IND reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above criteria.
